Freak HostingLogs

Share your server log. Understand it.

Paste a Minecraft or FiveM log, get a link anyone can open, with search, error highlighting and a plain-language list of what is wrong. Secrets and IP addresses are removed before the log leaves your browser.

Nothing yet. Maximum size: 10 MB.

How it works

1

Paste or drop

Paste the log, or choose the file (latest.log, a FiveM console log, a crash report). Text only.

2

We clean it

In your browser, secrets and public IP addresses are replaced with a note of what was there. The server cleans it a second time before it stores anything.

3

Share the link

You get a short link. The viewer finds errors, lets you scroll and search a log of 100 000 lines without lag, and explains common problems.

Supported games

Minecraft

Vanilla, Paper, Purpur, Spigot, Fabric, Forge and NeoForge.

  • Server software, Minecraft and Java versions
  • EULA, wrong Java version, out of memory, missing jar
  • Plugin and mod errors, corrupt worlds, crash reports

FiveM

FXServer and txAdmin console logs.

  • Licence key problems, missing resources
  • Script errors grouped by resource, database errors
  • Outdated server build, thread hitches

What we remove, and what we do not

Removed automatically, in your browser and again on our server. What was removed is counted and shown to you after the upload.

  • Public IP addresses (IPv4 and IPv6). Local ones (127.x, 10.x, 192.168.x, 172.16-31.x) stay.
  • Email addresses
  • FiveM licence keys (cfxk_...)
  • FiveM settings that hold secrets: sv_licenseKey, steam_webApiKey, sv_tebexSecret, rcon_password, mysql_connection_string
  • Pterodactyl panel API keys
  • Discord webhook addresses
  • Discord bot tokens
  • GitHub tokens
  • AWS access keys
  • Private keys (the whole block)
  • Bearer and Basic authorization values
  • JSON web tokens
  • Passwords inside addresses (mysql://user:password@host)
  • Values of settings named like a password, secret, token or API key

Not removed: player names, chat, coordinates, server and domain names, file paths, plugin and mod lists. Only share what you are comfortable with. Logs are public to anyone who has the link (not listed, not indexed), kept for 90 days, and you can delete yours at any time. To have a log removed, write to support@freakhosting.com.
